We do not currently have any vacancies. Please note that the rents are all inclusive; parking, janitorial, maintenance and utilities.  Do you see others by appointment?  We also provide a receptionist to greet your visitors and assist with clerical duties. 

 

We have 40 offices, 1/3 are large, 1/3 are medium and 1/3 are small.

How do you select a business location?  Choosing a business location is perhaps the most important decision a business will make.  If you have a professional practice keep these things in mind when selecting a location:

  • Are you going to run into restrictions because of zoning laws in your area or location?

  • Will your office be easily found by your clients?

  • Is it serviced by bus routes?

  • Is there lots of visitor parking?

  • Are you a professional who sees others by appointment?

  • Do you require a waiting room for your clients?

Evergreen's business centre is zoned for offices.  We are centrally located on Douglas, the main street of Victoria.  We are serviced by six bus routes and have 3 bike racks.  There is lots of free visitor parking, no meters to plug  We have a beautiful waiting room which is staffed 5 days a week. 

Our Front Desk staff are available to help you with your schedule.

floor of the Upper Level in the Douglas Centre at

2950 Douglas Street.  The shopping centre fronts

onto Douglas Street and the upper level backs onto Burnside Road E.
